I divide my time between New Zealand, where I’m actively engaged in music, some arts and crafts, and thinking with friends – and Switzerland where I’m more often in the deck-chair under a tree, studying “German for Beginners”. In New Zealand, my partner Mani Zust and I are often “on the road” in our house-bus “Feierabend”, and in Switzerland – well, all Europe’s wide open!

Glad you’ve been ‘virtual visiting’ – it will be good to catch up with you (and tuatara) when we get back in October. Are you feeling the approach of spring yet? Here despite the 30plus days, there’s a little autumn in the air once the sun goes down, and our kiwifruit nower is dropping the odd gold leaf.

I always thought that if I won an Academy Award or Olympic medal I’d have a perfectly crafted little speech ready. I now know I’d be more likely to go “Oh! Wow! Gee thanks. Um….Er…”
Thank you Karin – now I’m off to study the details and respond properly. Where’s my perfect crafting tool….???
